How to apply:
All students from abroad must apply for admission to a German university. This applies to freshmen, postgraduates and doctoral candidates alike. The admissions procedure ensures that applicants fulfill the necessary requirements to study at an institute of higher education.
Germany generally has two intakes i.e. March / April and September / October. It is suggested that you should submit application before 15th of January for March / April intake and before 15th July for September / October intakes. University generally takes around 6-8 weeks to process the applications. We recommend you to contact your university’s Registrar’s Office (Studierendensekrekatriat) to learn the exact dates of application.
Please find below document check-list to be enclosed with your application. Any additional documents may be also required depending on university / program. Application may be get rejected upon non-submission of required documents.
